1. Links
When referring (direct or indirect) to foreign websites through hyperlinks that are outside the responsability of Grafton International, we cannot take any liability. Furthermore Grafton International explains explicitly that -in case of the awareness- at the time of the putting the link, no illegal contents were known on the sites to be liniked. Grafton International cannot influence futurecontents of the sites to be linked. That's why Grafton International hereby distances itself from all contents of linked sites that have been changed after the link putting or from whom Grafton International isn't aware of. This requirement applies for all links and notes within its own internet offer. For illegal, faulty or incomplete contents, particularly damages that are caused be the usage or non-usage of such information, only the person making the offer of the site fuly liable and not the person who merely refers to it via links.All offers are without engagement. Grafton International reserves the right to change, complement or delete parts of the site or the entire offer without special notice.

3. Data protection
As far as the possibility of entering personal or corporate data(e-mail, adress, name and so on), arises, this data entering of the user is carried out fully voluntarily.The usage of the contact data published such as adress, telephone or fax number as well as e-mail adresses through third parties for the transmission of information not explicitly demanded is permitted. Statutory steps against people sending so-called spam mails with insults against this permission is explicitly reserved.

4. Copy Wright
All pictures, documens or animations are possession of Grafton International.When dodwnloading, copying these without our explicit permission, we reserve the right to charge a licence fee amounting to EURO 10 000 a picture, document or animation. All copyable files are only for personal use. Copying is strictly forbidden. 

5. Exclusion from liability When parts or various sentences of the texts published do no longer apply or don't apply entirely to the legal position, the remaining parts of the texts published remain unconcerned in content and validity.
