General Terms of Sale

For customers - end users
1. With the above-mentioned prices all predecessor prices become invalid. For all income orders, only the mentioned conditions are decisive. Other conditions of the buyers only oblige us if they have been recognised by us in written form.
2. All prices are gross prices including the statutory VAT and including despatch.
3. The buyer has to pay for despatch and has to accept the mode of despatch stipulated by us.
4. We reserve the right to demand advance payments or not to carry out delivery if circumstances arise or are known that endanger our demands.
5. The goods delivered remain in the possession of Grafton International until he full selling price has been paid.
6. The buyer has the right to give the goods back according to the statutoy guarantee right BGB. See cancellation below.
7. The despatch of the goods within Germany until 3 kg is EUR 9,95. No extra COD costs. The despatch of the goods from KIAN is individually charged according to the weight.
8. We don't guarantee the respect of certain delivery periods or hindrances that are not our fault.
9. Fulfilment place for all deliveries is the despatch places.

Cancellation Rights You can cancel the extension of your contract within 30 days without stating any reasons in writton form (e.g letter, fax, e-mail. Don't forget that we cannot accept any unfree packages. In this case we pay the despatch fees for you. This period begins with the receipt of this message at the earliest. In order to respect the cancellation right, it is enough to despatch the cancellation in time. The cancellation has to be sent to: Grafton International, In der Warthütte 23, 69181 Leimen.
Consequences of cancellation
In case of legal cancellation, the two obligations received by the two parties have to be granted back. If you can grant us back the performances only partly or in a faulty state,you have to grant us replacement of the value obligation.When selling our products to you this does not apply if the deterioration is exclusively due to its examination. By the wy, you can avoid the value replacement obligation if you don't consume the goods as your possession and if you don't do anything that does any harm to its value. Goods sent by parcel is picked up by us or sent back to us free of harge. The postage costs are immediatly paid to you by us. You have to fulfill obligations for the reimboursement of your payment within 30 days after the despatch of your cancellation explaination.
